I cannot thank Christa enough for the incredible Human Design Vedic reading. She took the time to truly understand where I am in life and why I’m searching for more, asking thoughtful questions that made me feel seen and heard. After these sessions, I consistently feel more grounded and calm—like the unnecessary worries that I had been holding onto are just whisked away. I'm a middle age male from the Midwest. Not your typical person to stray far from what I know. Work hard, play hard, rinse and repeat sorta guy. I gave this a try with mostly an open mind, as what can it hurt. Cristina, did not disappoint. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was able to qualm any apprehension quickly and put me into a relaxed state of mind and body. I won't make this too long. If you believe that something like this might work for you. I think your in for a confirmation of that, by giving it a open minded and honest chance. Even just for the relaxed state she seems to effortlessly place you in which was impressive considering it being via video.

Well, first of all, I wanna say how amazing Christa is from her personality, so her patience to her amazing knowledge and her helpful heart. I definitely need it. This I was feeling so old, overwhelmed, stressed, lack of wanting to do things feeling burdened and a lot more. And when I tell you, I was at first, not knowing what was going to come from it......BUT by the end of the session, I was smiling again, feeling more like myself happy feelings which I haven't felt in quite a bit. Feeling like a weight has been lifted off my body more focused and just relieved and relaxed. Attending the emotional cleanse meeting was transformative for me. Currently am feeling more grounded, with a renewed sense of energy, and I slept better than I have in a long time-experiencing vivid, lucid dreams. One of the most incredible shifts was in my physical well-being; instead of constant hot flashes throughout the day and night, I only had one in a a 28hr. timeline . I am beyond grateful for this woman and her incredible healing ways. She is truly a great soul, and I appreciate the space/transparency she holds for deep healing.

Christa truly has a gift! I felt fantastic after my 1st session to say the least. Not knowing much about this alternative to medicine, I must say, that I was a bit “skeptical”, out of my comfort zone, but Christa was super sweet, compassionate, very “soothing”, addressing all my issues. I must say that I am now hooked and will be having regular sessions on a weekly basis! Having a high status job, this therapy has released so much stress, allowing the tension to leave my body. Having never done one of these sessions before I had no expectations and was completely open to whatever may be. It didn’t take long to start feeling a tingling sensation in my toes moving upwards to the point of almost physically vomiting on multiple occasions! Just as I would get that feeling Christa would say ok now take a deep breath in and we’d do that a few times and it would disappear! It was like my body was wanting to “throw away” whatever wasn’t serving me and I slept like a baby that night even with having vivid dreams! Definitely an experience :) Christa is such a breath of fresh air, funny, relaxing, welcoming and knowledged! I will definitely do a session again with her!! Highly recommend! Thank you so much 😁

This was my first session and I came to it without any knowledge nor preconceptions. It was suggested to me by a friend and because I am always open to things that can improve my life, I said “sign me up!!” How interesting it was to feel the various sensations and emotions during the session. It helped explain what I was experiencing on my end when Christa relayed what she was seeing and hearing; I appreciated that. To say I benefited from the session is an understatement. I slept very well that night, dreamless yet very deep. I woke up feeling very free and light hearted. Things that have been weighing on me seemed almost nonexistent. The experience was very positive and cleansing therefore I am signing up for another one!!
